Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program explore the fundamental principles of project management. We are looking for students to get hands-on experience of project management with direct engagement with those involved in a project.

Bring on students from Red River College Polytechnic - Indigenous Education to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main capstone project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program/course will be participating in a consulting experience in which students work with client organizations operating in the social innovation and community development sector. In small groups, using the latest project management tools and agile leadership procedures, students will address the client's challenge creating an opportunity for expansion, scale, or greater efficacy or innovation.
