Mila is an ambitious woman who knows the ins and outs of her business domain. She is trying to enter into the ferocious cut-throat business of toys and Christmas decor. She has found a unique way to sell Christmas Decor, breaking common stereotypes such as having a Black Santa instead of a white one to make sure a whole race feels included in the most celebrated festival. A similar transition Disney is trying to make by bringing more lead characters from different races to promote inclusivity. I wish her the best of luck in her business journey.
