This will involve creating a structured framework for conducting POCT, ensuring quality control, and implementing efficient processes for seamless system implementation and training.
- Analyzing the current POCT programs and processes at Virtual POCT.
- Developing detailed SOPs for conducting POCT, including sample collection, testing procedures, and result interpretation. The SOPs should be submitted in a Microsoft Word format.
- Creating a quality management system to ensure rigorous quality control in POCT. Documents should be submitted in a Microsoft Word format.
- Designing strategic management solutions for efficient implementation of POCT programs. Documents should be submitted in a Microsoft Word or the Visio format.
- Providing training materials and guidelines for POCT programs. Documents should be submitted in a Microsoft Word .
Students will receive templates and ongoing mentorship for creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Our team, boasting over two decades of experience in lab management and Point of Care testing management, will provide expert guidance and support.
