The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for Virtual POCT's new SaaS product, ensuring its successful introduction to the digital healthcare market. To achieve this, students will engage in the following tasks and activities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Design:
  • Develop digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and targeted advertising.
  • Outline branding initiatives to enhance product visibility and credibility.
  1. Partnership Opportunities:
  • Identify potential collaborators and partnerships to support market entry and growth.


Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive marketing plan document that outlines the strategic approach for launching the SaaS product. This will encompass a market analysis report, a competitive landscape assessment, and a detailed marketing strategy with actionable steps. Additionally, the team will provide a presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations, ensuring that Virtual POCT has a clear roadmap for their marketing efforts.
