RRC Polytech had the students well prepared technically. They also really worked with them to improve their soft skills which you could see an increase in maturity from the students through the course of the project. They let the students take the lead, they knew when to step back and when to help overall it was a great experience working with them.

RRC Polytech had the students ready in a great position to take on the project. Aside from the technical skills, they were very ready to communicate clearly, ask the right questions around the project, and had next steps documented for the next Agile sprint they were undertaking.

RRC Polytech have the students prepared to take on projects such as ours. They give them the technical skill and work very hard to help them develop the soft skills needed to succeed in the workforce. With very strong communication skills, they also demonstrated great critical thinking skills and using Agile project management we were able to ideate and iterate along the way to get to a great end result. The instructors new when to step in but more importantly the students learnt and were not afraid to ask to help!

The educators have the teams prepared. They take a step back and allow the students to lead but offer the support when needed. This helps to better prepare the students as it better emulates a real work experience.

The educators have taken a 1/2 step back and are letting the students take on more of the leadership. They have provided them with the skills and now the confidence to move forward on their own. It was impressive to see how they mature the students along the path to success.

The programmatic approach they take the students through is second to none, with a RACI for deliverables, agile for meetings ensures we are fully aware of the progress towards delivering and also allows us to iterate along the way. What is critical and prioritization is key.

The teams were well prepared to take on projects. When in doubt the support they are given by instructional staff keeps things moving forward and not stalled. very strong processes and well coached.

The folks at RRC Polytech in the ACE Project Space are great to deal with. They take a step back and allow the students do the work while providing coaching as needed. The students are maturing through this process and are getting business ready.
