Join forces with third-year Durham College Human Resources - Business Administration (Compensation Management) students as they delve into the intricacies of compensation management. Eager to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, these learners are poised to tackle challenges head-on, guided by a comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes strategic alignment and practical implementation.

This experience is designed for second-year marketing students who have studied data privacy guidelines, specifically Canada's PIPEDA and the European Union's GDPR. Learners are equipped to analyze and compare these regulations, providing insights into compliance strategies for businesses. By applying their knowledge, students can assist companies in understanding their obligations and identifying potential areas of improvement in data handling practices.

During their final semester project management graduate student teams are assigned a cumulative total of 600 hours to work on a project to either develop a Project Management Plan, conduct research etc., for a project of your choice. Using Project Management Theory guided by PMI standards, students will determine the breakdown of work of a future project for your organization, including project requirements, risks, costs, timelines, and responsibilities to drive the implementation process. 

This experience invites industry professionals to collaborate with learners who are exploring the dynamic field of Child and Youth Care. Learners are equipped to analyze and plan interventions for young people and their families, utilizing evidence-informed practices. They are adept at navigating complex issues within the profession and are prepared to apply their knowledge to real-world projects.
