Culinary Compass Website / Product User Testing

Culinary Compass is seeking user testing insights to refine our digital platform and enhance the user experience. We believe that structured user testing will help us identify usability issues, improve our interface, and ensure our product effectively serves our customers. We would like a group of students to conduct user testing scenarios on our product with a handful of current and potential customers of ours and then report the results back to us. Conducting background research on our web application, including a walkthrough and review of existing documentation. Identifying key areas of our product for usability testing and determining critical scenarios to evaluate. Learning and applying industry-standard user testing techniques to collect and analyze feedback effectively. Conducting structured user testing sessions with selected participants. Reporting findings and providing recommendations to optimize the platform.

Restaurant Data Collection Project

The main goal for the project is to compile detailed information on up to 100 fine dining, casual, and contemporary restaurants in Toronto. This will involve thorough research to gather up-to-date and accurate data for Letsy Incorporated. The final deliverable will be an excel file.
