I did not receive very much communication on how to do the project. So, it was difficult to know if I was designing what they wanted.

Not pleased with the employer's communication

I had a positive experience working with GreensRUS on a website development project through the Advance Ontario program. The team was organized, responsive, and supportive throughout. I learned a lot about web development in a real-world context and appreciated the opportunity to contribute to a business with a strong mission.

This project was a wonderful opportunity to grow my skills in website design and platform implementation, and I’m grateful for the chance to contribute to such an exciting initiative. While the experience was overall positive, there were moments where communication delays made it challenging to move forward as smoothly as possible. For example, there were instances where I didn’t receive responses to my messages for extended periods, which sometimes slowed progress. That said, I truly appreciate the trust placed in me to bring this project to life, and I hope future collaborations can build on this foundation with even stronger communication and alignment. Thank you for the opportunity!
