This project is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. The employer, Swabir, was incredibly kind and provided the flexibility needed to take ownership of our work. Rather than managing our tasks, he encouraged us to think creatively about how to build a scalable fundraising strategy and then take action to validate it. In other words, as long as you are able to think about what you want to work on in order to create a scalable strategy, this activity is the most perfect place to express those ambitions.
