Suzanne Winlove-Smith is such an easy person to work with, and I value her trust in me and my ideas. I am grateful that Suzanne did not interfere with our (student and I) autonomy to implement a project that fits our course's scope and meets her organization's and clients' needs. Even though she was always available to offer feedback, students and I still had the autonomy to work creatively.
