It was a blast working on SBITA FOOD CATERING LTD.'s Menu Improvements project. Immersion in the world of culinary creativity and firsthand observation of how a dynamic menu can significantly enhance a catering company's offerings was incredibly exciting. The team was fantastic; they were all very interested in taste-testing, brainstorming, and simply exchanging ideas. I gained a great deal of knowledge about the process of creating a menu that is not only delicious but also visually stunning and appealing to a diverse clientele. It was also a lot of fun to work with a group of people who were so encouraging. After working on this project, I have some strong menu design skills and a greater understanding of how much thought goes into preparing these dishes.
