Working on this project with the company was a valuable opportunity to understand the key challenges it faces and the strategies it employs to build a strong, competitive brand while meeting customer needs. Beyond being a great learning experience, collaborating with my group to develop recommendations based on our evaluation was insightful and broadened my perspective on business policy and strategy.
