Learner goals and capabilities

Student Teams will perform business analysis, data analysis, business process analysis for a wide range of projects in multiple domains of your choice.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

The project deliverables will be identified by client. However the following organizational process assets (OPA) will be available:

Document Project Charters

Document Business Requirements

Create Training Material/Support Manual

Analytical Report/Summary of Findings

Project Examples

Document Business Requirements

Analyze existing websites and provide a report on recommendations for improvements

Analyze existing manual business processes and recommend how to automate these processes

Create test cases

Paid/Unpaid

The projects are not limited to the above categories only and can be discussed.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

The companies shall have access to API’s, Data bases

We prefer not engaging with outside consultants or designers

All clients must sign ACE Project Space Client Agreement before commencing the project

Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course

Be available to present to the students on current issues/current state/goals/Q+A session a few days prior to the assignment start

Be available and have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) meeting with teams to go over project status through either WebEx/Zoom meetings and/or email every second week

Must be available to attend final presentations remotely (Until Covid-19 Emergency is in place)
